We are a mom-and-pop southern style barbecue restaurant, located 10 minutes from the south entrance of Algonquin Park, and bordering Bancroft and Haliburton County.

 

At The Olde Ridge Authentic Barbecue we use traditional wood smokers straight from Oklahoma City. We load up our smokers every day to serve you the best barbecue north of the Mason-Dixon Line. With a focus on sustainability we use only maple wood in our smokers, which gives our barbecue a uniquely Canadian taste. We also use local maple syrup in our house barbecue sauce. We prepare all our food from scratch; from our rubs and barbecue sauce to our cornbread, barbecue baked beans and coleslaw.
